Slow Flow Yoga is a holistic practice which combines deep breathing, meditation, stretching & relaxed postures to bring restorative energy and serenity to your mind & body. This class is special because rather than a 'work out', it's consider it a 'work in', that aligns the body, breath & mind!
Following your yoga practice, enjoy a feast of wood fired pizza & house made salad while enjoying the farm and field views! Our farm bar will also be serving up locally crafted beverages for purchase including beer, wine, cider, seltzers & sodas!
Please come comfortably dressed for the weather and bring along your yoga mat & a blanket!
