Enjoy a 60 minute pilates class with Ashley, from 'House of Movement', followed by pizza at the newly reimagined Grassroots Farm Pizzeria!
The pilates session will focus on core strength, mobility, and full-body strength/control. It will be accessible for all levels, with options to both modify and progress movements. Attendees can expect a blend of controlled strength work and intentional movement, leaving them feeling strong, energized, and more connected to their bodies.
Ashley Kellington (Johnston), is a Registered Kinesiologist and owner of The House of Movement. She specialize in helping women and men build strength, improve mobility, and develop confidence in their movement through a combination of strength training, Pilates, and exercise rehabilitation. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, with a focus on long-term, sustainable results that support both performance and everyday life.
Following your pilates class, enjoy a feast of wood fired pizza & house made salad while enjoying the farm and field views! Our farm bar will also be serving up locally crafted beverages for purchase including beer, wine, cider, seltzers & sodas!
Please come comfortably dressed for the weather to work out and bring along your yoga mat , water bottle & pilates socks/bare feet for grip!
